Die » Moinhos de São Filipe « befindet sich in Setúbal, 44 Km von Lissabon entfernt und ist über zwei Autobahnen, die A2 und die A12, zu erreichen.
Die Quinta verfügt über 2 luxuriös ausgestattete Windmühlen für je 4 Personen. Diese setzen sich aus einem Wohnraum mit Kochbereich im Erdeschoß, einer Suite im Zwischengeschoß und einer Mesanine im oberen Geschoß zusammen. Die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Windmühlen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Haupthaus der Quinta stehen noch 2 Suiten mit Bad für je 2 Personen zur Verfügung. Außerdem stehen den Gästen ein großer Pool, ein Kinderspielplatz, eine sehr schöne Gartenanlage eingebettet in einem 3 ha großen Pinienwald und für Gäste mit Hund ein Hundezwinger zur Verfügung
