Die 75 m2 Ferienwohnung liegt im Stadtkern des Fischerstädtchen Sesimbra, an der Costa Azul, ca. 300 m vom Strand entfernt. Gastronomisch und Historisch hat die Altstadt allerhand zu bieten. Am Abend finden auch die Jugendlichen reichlich Abwechslung.
Das Apartment (1 Etage) teilweise Blick auf das Meer mitten in der Altstadt gelegen ist, ideal für 2 bis 6 Personen. Es wurde vor einem Jahr total renoviert und ist Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausgestattet ist es mit Kabel-TV, Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Heizungen, 2 Schlafzimmer, Schlafcouch und Balkon und 1 Badezimmer. Zum Haus gehört eine Einzelgarage 20 m entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Nähe sind Tennisplatz 600 m, Sandstrand in einer seichten Bucht 300 m, etc. Wer ohne Auto nach Sesimbra kommt braucht auch während seines Aufenthalts keins, alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
