Mitten in einer selten schönen Landschaft gelegen, bietet Ihnen die Quinta Verde einen wunderbaren und unvergesslichen Blick auf die Berge von Sintra und auf die berühmten historischen Gebäude.
Dieses typische Landhaus, umgeben von Wald und Wiesen, befindet sich etwa 4 km entfernt von der historischen Innenstadt Sintra, 6 km vom Meer und nur 30 km vom Lissabonner Flugplatz.

Zimmer
Das Hauptgebäude, in dem sich die Zimmer befinden und ein separates, weiteres Gebäude mit den Apartments.
Jedes Doppelzimmer ist mit eigenem separatem Bad, Telefon, Fernseher und Zentralheizung ausgestattet.
Jedes Zimmer besitzt einen eigenen Balkon oder Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge, nur wenige Meter entfernt vom Swimmingpool und der Gemeinschaftsterrasse.

Apartments
Die Apartments sind separat gelegen und komplett ausgestattet; ideal für Gaste, die hier ihren Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden verbringen wollen.
Jedes Apartment besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Bad und einem Schlafzimmer und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene.

Das Frühstück
Das Frühstück, im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, wird wahlweise an folgenden Orten serviert: im Frühstücksraum, im Wintergarten oder auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse am Swimmingpool mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Das Wichtigste am Frühstück: Brot. Auf traditionelle Weise frisch gebacken, wird es mit hausgemachter Marmelade serviert. Dazu gibt es selbst gemachten Kuchen und andere Überraschungen...

Available to guests are double rooms with terrace, self catering apartments and the conservatory (where meals can be served and meetings can take place).

Accommodation: double bedrooms

Each double bed room has its own private bathroom and is equipped with: » telephone, » television set, » central heating. Internet access is possible through the phone line; some rooms have wireless internet access.
Bedrooms with one one or two beds are available; some of the rooms allow the placement of one extra bed or baby cot.
Each room has a direct connection to the outside, through a terrace or balcony, with a scenic and enchanting view of the garden and mountains... only meters away from the swimming



Breakfast

The breakfast, which is included in the room rate, can be served in any of several locations within the guesthouse complex: in the bed rooms; in the conservatory; outside on the main terrace or by the swimming pool, while enjoying the magnificent view of Sintra and its Mountains.
The bread we serve is the cornerstone of this meal!
Baked by traditional methods, on a wood stove, it is served along with tea, cooffe, home made cakes, jam as well as other surprises...
Off the main house, surrounded by the picturesque gardens and accessible through the main terrace, is the conservatory room.
This room has a capacity for 25 people, and is ideal for lunches, dinners or meetings.


Self catering apartments
The independent building holds the apartments and it's 30 meters away from the main building; both buildings are separated by a garden.
The apartments are independent and fully equipped, with central heating, telephone and TV set. One of the apartments has a fireplace in its room.
Just like in the double rooms, internet access is possible through the phone line. Each apartment is composed of a sitting room with kitchenete, a bathroom and a bed room.
The apartments can hold up to four people each, ideally a couple with two or three children, providing this way maximum comfort for its occupants. The bed rooms or sitting rooms can hold the extra beds when needed.
Besides the two apartments, it's also available a 2 bed-room suite, composed of two bedrooms (one twin bed and one double bed room), a shower room and a terrace with a view of the garden and Sintra's hills.
Breakfast is also served for guests staying in the apartments.

La Quinta es compuesta por dos edificios de estilo rústico recientemente recuperados. En el edificio principal se encuentran las habitaciones dobles. En la otra construcción, un edificio independiente, se encuentran los apartamentos.
A su disposición, más allá de los jardines y de una magnifica paisage, quedan las habitaciones dobles, los apartamentos, y las salas communes - una en el interior y otra exterior - donde se serven comidas y se pueden realizar reuniones hasta 20 personas.

Las habitaciones dobles de la Quinta Verde tienem baño privativo y están equipadas con: » telefóno, » television, » calefacción central. Todas las habitaciones tienem conexión à internet a través de la red telefonica; algunas dellas disponen de internet sin fios.
Cada una de las habitaciones tiene accesso directo al exterior, por una terraza o balcón, con vistas a los jardines de la Quinta o la Sierra de Sintra.
Las terrazas o balcones están situados a pocos metros de la piscina y de la terraza panoramica principal.

Para empezar el dia...
En nuestro desayuno destacamos el pan, la piedra angular de esta comida.
Preparado según el estilo tradicional de la zona, en fogón de leña, se sirve con bizcochos caseros, con mermelada y otras sorpresas...
El desayuno, incluído en la tarifa de la habitación o apartamento, se puede servir en diferentes lugares: en la propia habitación, en el jardín o en la terraza principal cerca de la piscina, mientras se disfruta de las fantásticas vistas hacia las montañas, o entonces en el salón de desayunos - el invernadero.
Este encuentrase cerca de la casa principal, rodeada de plantas y accesible desde la terraza principal.
Esta sala exterior y acristalada, con una capacidad para 20 personas, se utiliza para las comidas, reuniones o fiestas.
