Wohnfläche: 80 m 2 , liegt in einem Waldbereich, im Naturschutzgebiet Sintra Cascais auf einem 2500 m2 großen, von Kiefern umgebenen Grundstück ( im Pinhal de Magoito) , 16 km von Sintra und nur 700m vom Strand von Magoito entfernt.

Casa Regateiras wurde im Jahr 2009 renoviert. Das Haus ist umgeben von einer großen Wiese. Alle Zimmer sind im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse. Das Wohnzimmer ist hell und geräumig, mit Platz für 6 Personen. Es hat einen Flachbild-Sat-TV und DVD. Es gibt ein Doppeldiwanbett. Die voll ausgestattete moderne Küche verfügt über einen großzügigen Essbereich und ebenfals direktem Zugang zur Terrasse.

Die großzügige Terrasse (20m2) direkt am Haus ist sehr sonnig mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und Kieferwald.
Das Haus steht auf einem 2500 m2 privaten Grundstück. Das Haupthaus auf dem Gelände ist derzeit nicht bewohnt, somit haben die Gäste das sehr große Grundstück für sich aleine.

Das Haus ist 40 Minuten vom Airport is Lisboa entfernt.
Zwar gibt es eine stündliche Busverbindung nach Sintra, wir empfehlen Ihnen aber ein Auto, das Beste um die sehr schöne Umgebung zu erkunden.

Refurbished in 2009, The house is entered via the large private grounds surrounding it. All rooms are on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace from the living room and kitchen. The living room is light and spacious, with seating for 6. It has a flat screen satelite TV and DVD. There is a double sofa bed installed in the living room. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a spacious dining area and direct access to the terrace.

The spacious terrace (20m2) just opposite the house is very sunny with beautiful pine and sea views. There are gates to the terrace to protect child from the pool area, which is in front of the terrace. Although the swimming pool is small, it will afford hours of fun to small chilren and a welcom refreshment to adults.

The house is surrounded by 2500 m2 of private grounds, lawn area and pine woods. The main villa of the ground is currently not inhabited so guests will have a very large property all to themselves!

Getting there and around

The house is reached from Lisbon airport in 40 minutes. It is fairly close to fast roads making it a good base to explore the area.

Although there is an hourly bus to Sintra, we reccomend a car to make the most of exploring the beautiful area.

Casa Regateiras há sido Restaurado en 2009. Todas las habitaciones están en la planta baja con acceso directo a la terraza de la sala de estar y cocina. El salón es amplio y luminoso, con capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana por satélite y DVD. La cocina moderna totalmente equipada tiene una amplia zona de comedor y acceso directo a la terraza.
La amplia terraza (20 m2) justo enfrente de la casa es muy soleada, con pinos y vistas al mar. Hay puertas a la terraza para proteger al niño de la zona de la piscina, que está en frente de la terraza. Aunque la piscina es pequeña, se presta horas de diversión a chilren pequeñas y un refresco welcom para adultos.

La casa está rodeada de 2500 m2 de terreno privado, zona de césped y bosques de pinos. La villa principal no se encuentra habitada para que los huéspedes tendrán una propiedad muy grande para ellos solos!

Cómo llegar y alrededores

La casa se llega desde el aeropuerto de Lisboa en 40 minutos. Es bastante cerca de vías rápidas por lo que es una buena base para explorar la zona.

Aunque hay un autobús cada hora a Sintra, se recomienda un coche para sacar el máximo provecho de explorar la hermosa zona.
