The region of Sesimbra Setúbal with its coasts, mountains and levels encloses, an  richly  natural and cultural area .

The 75 m2 vacation home is in the town centre of Sesimbra.
In the 1.  Floor
 The apartment with partial view of the sea is convenient in the old part of town ideal for 2 -  6 persons.  It was reconditioned 1 year ago totally and is in good taste furnished.

 With cable TV,kitchen, washing machine, heaters,

2 bedrooms, sleep couch and balcony and 1 bathroom .

In the direct proximity is a tennis court( 600 m), sand beach in a shallow bay 300 m

  In the middle of the  Natural Parc da Arrábida, in  Vale dos Barris, between Palmela and Setúbal, is the very old mill - Moinho da Páscoa.
  From its windows they have a sayful view in four different directions.  The mill was completely restored and is today again in the original state to be inhabited.
 In the ground floor are livinroom, kitchen and a bath.The apartment in the main house was furnished for up to 4 persons.  It has a suite for 2 persons with bath, a living room also as sleep area.

The house has on that 1,500 m2 property  place for the guest. The pool has an integrated Whirlpool and is the true treasure of the house.
The house with view in the Greens is ideal for groups or 2 families upto max. 10 each
The  Apartment has 2 bathrooms, dinette and barbeque
in 90 m2 large living rooms, TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cook stove, and heaters, 5 bedrooms and a terrace with garden furniture.
In the garden is still another barbecue possibility.
The prices ARE INDICATED for 4-6-8-10 PERSONS ALLOCATION.

The "Moinhos de São Filipe" is in Setúbal   44 km away from Lisbon.

The Quinta has 2 luxurioes equipped windmills for 4 persons  each.   The windmills does not leave desires open.  In the main house of the Quinta are 2 Suits with bath, available for 2 persons each.  In addition embedded in a 3 hectar large is a large pool, a children's playground, a very beautiful garden plant and for guests with dog a dog kennel at the disposal

The house DOS Sobreiros with pool, 90 m2 largely, is very calmly in the country.
